Like New - Unmarked, unissued, unworn, clean, washed.
Very Good - Colors as bright as new. Clean, No stains, no holes, may have markings from name tag removal..
Good - Colors faded, sewing defects not affecting wearability, no holes larger than 1/4", no obvious stains.
Fair - Colors very faded, material limp, tears or holes smaller than 3/4", stains smaller than 3" diameter
Scrap - Tears or holes longer than 3/4", large stains, defects affecting wearability. Disposed of, Not sold.
